Trudging through murky water, hopping over obstacles, crawling through mud? Piece of cake. Prepare yourself for the obstacles in the OHEL Xtreme Challenge Classic by taking advantage of our free training opportunity.
The OXC Classic training isn’t designed to get you in shape to run 3, 5, or 12 miles. Its purpose: to make sure you can complete each obstacle successfully, and without getting so winded that you have to stop and catch your breath.
Most people who struggle with these events spend too much time running and not enough time developing the upper body strength and skills necessary for the obstacles. For those already in shape and running on a regular basis, some form of high-intensity total-body resistance training is crucial to providing the other components needed for an obstacle course.
We encourage you to take advantage of this amazing perk. Come out and meet fellow OXC Classic participants. Be part of TEAM OHEL and prepare yourself for the ultimate challenge!
